hi,
i’m kaice :)
if you’ve been following me for a while, there’s a decent chance you’ve watched me reinvent myself at least once. probably more than once.
i’ve spent most of my adult life creating online, and my work has moved through a lot of different forms because, honestly, so have i. for a long time, i thought eventually i would land on the version of myself that made everything click into place. the perfect niche. the perfect message. the version of me i could finally stop editing.
i don’t really believe that anymore.
but i am becoming clearer about what connects all of it: learning to belong to myself, and building a life from that place.
in her process is where i explore feminine sovereignty through what i’m living, learning, questioning, and creating.
for me, sovereignty starts with recognizing where i’ve been giving my authority away. to relationships. to other people’s expectations. to the belief that someone else needs to recognize my worth before i can move like i know it’s there.
it’s learning to trust what i know, take responsibility for what i choose, and let those choices shape my life.
which sounds beautiful until you realize how much of your life you’ve organized around being chosen, understood, or approved of. and how uncomfortable it can be to make a different choice before anyone else understands it.
that’s the part i’m interested in writing about.
what happens when the things you understand spiritually begin asking something of you practically. when trusting yourself changes your relationships, your work, your boundaries, your relationship with money, and what you’re willing to make room for.
what you do with the power you’re beginning to recognize in yourself.
i used to feel pressure to share the conclusion. to explain what something meant while i was still living through it. to come back with the lesson neatly wrapped up.
now i’m much more interested in letting people witness the middle.
i’m still figuring out what it means to live this way. there are places where i trust myself deeply and places where i catch myself waiting for permission. sometimes i understand something long before i’m ready to act on it.
i want my work to have room for that honesty.
the red ink became a symbol for it too.
obviously, it’s about writing. but it’s also about revision.
returning to something with new eyes. adding to it. crossing things out. changing your mind. keeping what still feels true. continuing instead of starting over every time you become someone new.

what you’ll find here
this space has a few different rooms.
diaries are where I document my life from the inside — identity shifts, relationships, work, spirituality, wellness, endings, beginnings, and whatever I’m currently learning by actually living it.
theories are where I follow the thoughts that won’t leave me alone. patterns, contradictions, ideas, questions, and connections I need to pull apart just to see what’s underneath them.
collections: are where some of those ideas become useful. frameworks, prompts, practices, and tools for helping you think through your own life with a little more intention.
conversations are for perspectives beyond mine. interviews, exchanges, and discussions with people whose experiences, work, or way of seeing things gives us something else to consider.

i believe there’s a lot available to us when we stop building our lives around the conditions under which we’ve learned to feel worthy.
i’m interested in discovering what that looks like. in love. in the things we create. in the decisions nobody else can make for us.
and in who we become when we start making them.
i’m very happy you’re here.
