An open letter to the ones who feel slightly ahead of their time.

there’s a specific kind of discomfort that comes with being early.
with the year of the horse energy, the aquarius eclipse, and the broader sense that we’re stepping into a different collective rhythm, i’ve realized something about myself:
it doesn’t feel like i’m entering a new phase. it feels like i’m participating in designing it.
and that’s a strange place to stand.
it’s not glamorous. it’s not loud. it’s not even immediately rewarding. it’s isolating in a very quiet way.
because when you go first, there isn’t much to mirror you back. there aren’t many examples. there’s no established structure to lean on. you’re making decisions that don’t fully make sense yet — even to you sometimes — but you can feel that they’re aligned with where things are headed.
that’s how this season feels.
aquarius energy (at its core) isn’t about being different for the sake of it. it’s about seeing ahead. it’s pattern recognition. it’s noticing where the collective is moving before it becomes obvious. and eclipses tend to accelerate that awareness. they disrupt old structures and force us to confront what no longer fits.
i can feel old templates dissolving.
in relationships.
in business.
in spirituality.
in identity.
and i can’t unknow what i see.
that’s where the isolation comes in.
i’ve had to preserve my energy more than i used to. i’ve had to say no more often. i’ve had to move in ways that don’t always look ambitious or impressive from the outside. sometimes it looks like i’m doing less.
but internally, i’m restructuring everything.
even in my love life, i can see how this is playing out.
it doesn’t follow a traditional script. it isn’t rushed. it isn’t performative. it isn’t fueled by constant reassurance or intensity. there’s space. there’s reflection. there’s timing.
and psychologically, that has exposed me in ways i didn’t expect.
i’ve had to confront how i lead emotionally.
not in an abstract “divine feminine” way — but in a very real, embodied way.
where do i over-function when i feel uncertainty?
where do i try to control outcomes so i don’t feel vulnerable?
where do i subtly perform strength instead of allowing softness?
there have been moments where it has reflected back to me exactly where my nervous system wasn’t regulated. where my boundaries weren’t fully integrated. where i was asking for stability that i hadn’t fully cultivated within myself yet.
that’s uncomfortable to admit. but it’s honest.
stepping into my femininity in this season doesn’t look like being passive. it looks like emotional leadership. it looks like letting someone’s behavior reveal information instead of immediately reacting to it. it looks like not forcing movement just because i’m uncomfortable with stillness.
and that is a new template for me.
it requires trust.
it requires restraint.
it requires self-awareness.
the same is true in my business.
the everyday divinity doesn’t fit into a clean category. it’s still forming. i’m still articulating it. i’m building it publicly, which means people are watching something that isn’t fully defined yet.
that can feel vulnerable.
it would be easier to condense it into something recognizable. to simplify it so it fits neatly into a box that already exists.
but the truth is, i’m not trying to recreate something that’s already been done.
i’m trying to build a framework for grounded spirituality that doesn’t separate devotion from daily life. a body of work that integrates embodiment, reflection, and structure in a way that feels lived — not performed.
there isn’t a perfect template for that yet.
so yes, sometimes it feels like i’m speaking about something people don’t fully understand.
but going first always feels like that.
it’s developmental, not dramatic.
we’re in a collective moment where old models of love, work, leadership, and spirituality are dissolving. some people will cling to what’s familiar. some people will critique what they don’t recognize.
and some people will quietly start building what comes next.
if you’ve felt slightly out of place lately — if your relationships don’t fit old scripts, if your work feels unconventional, if you’re protecting your energy more than usual — you might not be lost.
you might just be early.
and being early requires more self-trust than applause.
a lot of what i’m building right now is for me. a lot of what i’m learning is happening privately before it’s ever fully articulated publicly.
that doesn’t make it less real.
it just means i’m in the phase of becoming the person who can hold what i’m creating.
and maybe this eclipse season — this aquarius shift — isn’t about chaos.
maybe it’s about clarity.
about recognizing who is ready to build without a map.
about understanding that the people who go first rarely feel comfortable.
